Our head seamstress Bielka sets her own cut + sew “make” prices.
She lives and works in New York and makes each and every piece that you order by hand.

PRAE – prefix: earlier than; prior to; variant of pre-

Annina Mislin: "Her single-buttoned sheer blouse and bra top combo had sex appeal in exactly the right amount."

The PRAE-woman:

An aesthetic minimalist. Sensual. Confident. At ease.

She enjoys the ‘pre’-dressing stage of her “getting ready to go out” ritual, often styling a PRAE silk bralette as part of her outfit.

She might be seen wearing a bralette in public, perhaps under an open shirt, or intentionally peeking out from each shift or movement of her dress.

She has a deep appreciation for the quality workmanship and design behind each piece of clothing she wears on her body, including the intimates that sit closest to her skin.

For her, PRAE is everyday luxury lingerie.

Designer silk bralettes: everyday luxury lingerie and intimates

All our bralettes are constructed from a silk stretch charmeuse, double layered for durability and comfort.

New York atelier: hands-on approach

From picking our fabrics, selecting our color palette, tweaking our patterns during fittings, to cutting and sewing each style, we are dedicated to the quality of our work and delivering the highest level of craftsmanship to you.

Made-to-order: our silk bralettes are hand made by our seamstress Bielka in our New York atelier

Made-to-order: your pieces, just for you

In an effort to ensure that we are not over-producing, every piece that you purchase is made-to-order in our New York atelier. Please allow 5-7 business days for our seamstress to make up your pieces for you.

For Planet Earth: packaging

We want to be as sustainable as possible and have a minimal approach to packaging, doing away with unnecessary extras that usually end up in the bin. Our pieces are delivered with a beautiful handmade silk drawstring bag that has been made from leftover fabric so that we can help minimize waste.
