PRAE NYC happily accepts requests for returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 5 days of receipt of the order, provided that all original tags are attached, and returned along with our silk drawstring pouches.
Please note that refunds are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted sale items are considered final sale.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
PRAE NYC is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
Please follow our returns process below:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request (or submit a request below) within 5 days of the date of delivery indicating the items you wish to return.
Please include the following information:
Items to be returned (style name, color, size and quantity)
- You will receive an email response with an RA number (Returned Authorization).
- Please package the garments up with the Returns Form we email to you (please print and include with your package) and post (within 10 days of the original delivery date) to the address below. Be sure to email us with your return tracking number.

Returns outside of this period are subject to rejection. PRAE NYC reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed via your original method of purchase and you will receive an email notification. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you wish to make an exchange please request an RA # to return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. We will issue you with a full refund of your original items once we have received, checked and approved the condition of your returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
